At Sharda Public School, we believe that a structured and respectful environment is key to academic excellence and integrated development. Our rules and regulations are designed to promote safety, discipline, punctuality, and a productive school atmosphere for all students and staff.
Ensure proper uniform, haircut, and punctuality each morning.
Students must carry only the books as per their daily timetable. Extra books are discouraged.
Regularly review your child’s report card, classwork, and teacher remarks.
Encourage participation in academics, co-curriculars, and sports.
Prohibited items include crackers, mobile phones, cameras, CDs, calculators, etc.
Students are not allowed to leave school during hours without written permission.
Label personal items. The school is not responsible for lost belongings.
Students must make up for missed work when absent.
Written leave applications are mandatory for early pickups or absences.
No short leave will be allowed after a test. Sick students should take full-day rest.
Submit 1-month notice or pay one month’s fee.
No transfer certificate will be issued without clearing dues.
Students may be withdrawn for indiscipline or poor performance.
A student who fails twice will not be permitted to continue.
One book issued per week.
Maintain silence at all times.
Late returns will result in temporary suspension of borrowing.
Damaged/lost books must be paid for or replaced.
No personal belongings allowed.
Mishandling books can lead to a year-long library ban.
Transport is based on route availability.
Bus fee applies to both sides, unless stated otherwise.
Parents are responsible for pickup if no transport is available.
Routes and stops are pre-assigned; no diversions allowed.
Students must be at their stop 5 minutes early.
No eating, shouting, or littering inside the bus.
Students will bear costs for any vandalism or damage.
Bus monitors maintain discipline onboard.
